What a wonderful fellowship time we had last Sunday! Thank you to all who made it happen.

This week in our sermon series God's Mission – Our Mission the message is entitled, "The Power of a Witness." Please read John 9, and get ready to learn how sharing what Jesus has done for you impacts others.

September 18-19 I will be attending the Ministers Forum at Southern Nazarene University (SNU) in Bethany, Oklahoma. I'll be attending workshops that will give me fresh ideas for ministry and church health. Pray that God uses this time to encourage all of the pastors on our South Texas District and SNU Region.

Special Need
|

|
We need new bulbs for many ceiling light fixtures in our sanctuary. Currently only four lights out of fifteen work. Let's strengthen the Building Fund so we can have bulbs purchased and a lift rented for our workday on Oct. 14. Please pray about what you can give!

- John Glass: Caroline Hedman's dad is doing better, but kidney function is low. Please pray for wisdom for future treatment options, and to be able to sell his business.
