Anticipating God's Peace

We live in a world that longs for peace. Yet we find that all throughout history there have been wars and rumors of wars. Jesus prepared us for this by reminding us that there is a true and lasting peace that God can give us while we are in this world of conflict. We will celebrate this peace which only Jesus can give this coming Sunday, the second Sunday of Advent. In the meantime, look at John 14:27.

A Much Needed Gift

Please consider putting the church building fund on your Christmas list as a gift above and beyond your tithes. One of our air conditioning systems has gone down, and it may cost upwards of $15,000 to repair it! Our building and equipment have reached the age where repairs and replacements are becoming more frequent. Let’s all work together to take care of God’s house.
