I attended the Ministers Forum with pastors from around the SNU Region this past week. It was a great time of worship, praise, and learning. Thom Rainer, one of America's top church consultants, was a keynote speaker. He shared the characteristics of churches who break out from decline and experience days of growth and renewal. The things he shared were very affirming because we are doing some of those very things in order to be the "break-out" Church that God has called us to be!
