What a week we have had! I hope you all have found new ways to relate the Gospel to people around you this week. As we draw closer to Sunday, I want us to pray on allowing God to bring us big dreams that can only happen if we rely on Him. God is able to do more than we can imagine, so let's imagine big things!
|
We will have an opportunity this Sunday to start using the things we have learned these past few weeks. We will have flyers to hand out to the community about an event we are going to be holding: a craft fair at our church on April 13th (see the flyer below). If you want to participate with a craft, there will be more information available on Sunday. Even if you are not crafty, you can still be involved– there will be many areas in which we will need help.

This week we will be diving into Acts 2 and I pray that we are able to imagine big things for our church. I am excited to worship with you this Sunday.

The Word this Sunday

Pastor Donovan will be preaching on themes from the stories of Abraham and Joseph in Genesis, as well as Acts 2.

- Pray for James Smith as he continues to heal after surgery, and for the Lord to sustain him and Andrea financially while he's out of work.
- Please continue to pray that Caroline Hedman's parents can sell their business soon, and that God is in control of the whole process. Also, her dad's condition doesn't allow for the hip replacement at this time; pray that changes soon.
