Prayer Warriors: Saturdays at 4pm

Join Danette McWilliams at 4pm in the sanctuary on Saturdays to pray with others about whatever God lays on your heart.

REACHING THE ONE!

There is a small glass container with slips of paper and a pen behind the "ONE BOX" on the communion table. Feel free to place a new or additional name of someone you hope to reach for Christ in the box. Then, at pastoral prayer time, come and pray for the "ONE or ONES" you are hoping to reach for Christ.

Prayer Requests

  • PRAISE! Mike Hedman got a job! He starts his new position on Monday.
  • Pray for Pastor Jim, Susan, and their family as they take a long-needed vacation together to reconnect and refresh.
  • Jose Cavazos: Cancer treatments
  • Bill and Pat Wilson: Ongoing health issues
  • John Glass, Caroline Hedman's father, suffered a broken hip and had surgery, which went well. He has been moved to Colorado Springs to continue to heal as well as start kidney dialysis.
  • Caroline Hedman has had a cyst growing on her neck since February, and will need surgery to have it removed. She heads back to Colorado this Sunday to run her parents' business while her dad is in the hospital.

2024 Storm Response from Nazarene Compassionate Ministries

When storms hit, local churches are uniquely poised to offer support to hurting communities. Nazarene Compassionate Ministries is committed to providing immediate and long-term support for communities affected by disasters through partnerships with local Nazarene churches.

In the aftermath of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, we are supporting immediate relief efforts across impacted states that include providing food, water, diapers, cleanup supplies, and emotional and spiritual support. Through volunteer Nazarene Disaster Relief teams, our approach moves beyond immediate aid to the next stage of recovery. These teams provide deeper relief to impacted communities through cleanup and rebuilding efforts.

Thanks to your generosity, churches and relief teams are equipped to extend Christ’s love to those in crisis, offering both practical assistance and the hope of a brighter future. Together, we can help storm-impacted communities recover and thrive.
