Justice - Where Can It Be Found?
Our nation is divided over so many issues. Among them is the fear that we no longer can depend upon our system of justice. While we have a constitution that declares that justice shall be equal for all, it does not always seem to be so. As disconcerting as that is, do not lose sight of the fact that God is a just God and that He loves justice and righteousness. David wrote:

For the word of the LORD is right and true; he is faithful in all he does. The LORD loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of his unfailing love.

It is sad, but the sinful heart is an unjust heart. David prayed for God to deliver him when he was being treated unjustly:

Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.
|
|
Fortunately we have an appellate system for dealing with unjust judgments. But be of good cheer. We will never be treated unjustly by the Lord, for "... the Lord loves justice and righteousness." — Pastor Jim

Membership Classes
For all who are interested in joining the church, Pastor will be hosting two membership classes. Choose the time that works best for you.
|
- Sunday, June 9, 2024, 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM.
- Thursday, June 13, 2024, 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM.
Classes will be held in Pastor's office. You will learn about our local church as well as the Church of the Nazarene's worldwide ministry.
