I pray we each have had breakthroughs in conversations or opportunities with the people God has placed on our hearts. It is important that we are obedient in those Holy Spirit led moments. I want you to be encouraged that the Lord is going to use you in many exciting ways when you are obedient to Him. Let's remember the parable of the sower in Matthew 13. Jesus said:

"Behold, the sower went out to sow, and as he sowed, some seeds fell beside the road, and the birds came and ate them up. Others fell on the rocky places, where they did not have much soil; and immediately they sprang up, because they had no root, they withered away. Others fell among the thorns, and the thorns came up and choked them out. And others fell on the good soil and yielded a crop, some a hundredfold, some sixty, and some thirty"
|
While there is importance on the soil of where the seed lands, what allows the seed to land on the soil is the faithful work of the sower. We have the opportunity and responsibility to be the sower because we have come to the knowledge and understanding of Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. We don't know the heart (the soil) of one whom we present the Gospel to (the seed). We are just called to be faithful in speaking the Gospel to those around us.

Let us continue to be the body on mission for one more who makes a decision to follow Christ.
