From Pastor Donovan...
I pray your week has been filled with the awe and wonder of God's presence in your life, and that God has drawn you to take a deeper look into your life to see how He has helped you and blessed you beyond all your hopes and imaginings. It is important for us, as we mature in our faith, to be able to pinpoint those moments. This allows us to encourage others as we give our testimony for the hope that we have.

This week we are starting a new sermon series called "Becoming." This is in line with our denomination's "Half-Million Mobilization." It is focusing on "Becoming Christlike Disciples." I think this is exactly what we need for the community around us: that we are digging deeper into God's Word so that we can allow it to flow into every part of our life, and to be an authentic member of the body of Christ. This series will last until Pentecost. Let us continue to be prayerful in this time. Pray for our community, for your co-workers, your friends, family, and for those that will become friends because you listened to the Holy Spirit.

We are having a potluck this Sunday with our first ever dessert auction! Please stay to help raise funds to send the children and teens to camp this summer. Don't forget to also donate to the NYC competition as well!
